Overview

This website will explore the various cultural traditions specific to the Arab people. It will give an overview of several of the most prominent features, and then use an interview with a native Saudi to see which of these are still being practiced. The intention is to shed light on the nature and meaning of these rituals. For the interview, several specific traditions will be focused on. The interviewee will be questioned as to what this means to her, personal experience on the subject, and how common of a practice this is in her country.
